Happy You're Alive

An incredible journey from the inferno of the battlefield back to the ocean of life

WarPsychologyMusicIdentity

For more than two years the film crew captures Kobi Vitman, an inspiring musician, and Naftali Kinel's incredible journey from the inferno of the battlefield back to the ocean of life. Their stories expose the traumatic effects of war, both on the individuals and on society, raising questions and bringing awareness. The film captures Kobi's impulsive works of self-expression that grow to become War Rock Opera and Naftali's therapy with a PTSD expert psychiatrist Mooli Lahad. This film sheds light upon the roughest waters of life, and by doing so teaches us how from the most unimaginable pain we can find strength.
